We worked with Brian and his team on our master bathroom remodel. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Brian communicated the way he and his company do business and how it differs from others. His attention to detail in the planning process was much appreciated and left no doubt as to what was agreed upon and what the outcome of the project would look like and cost.

We worked with his design team to create a new layout for the bathroom that took into account what we wanted and what was possible given the space. We received digital drawings of the space as well as a project notebook that included a detailed project plan and materials list. Once construction started, we were pleasantly surprised at how neat and tidy the work site was left at the end of each day. Mark did most of the work on the project. He was a joy to have in our home. He was meticulous in how he worked whether it was in the demo process or in laying tile. He also thought through the process before diving into whatever part of the project he was working on. Whenever there was an issue to discuss or a decision that needed to be made, he and Brian effectively communicated with us and together we came to an agreed upon resolution. I’m sure there were countless small details that they handled themselves and only brought issues to our attention that merited our involvement. For that we were grateful. We are thrilled with the finished bathroom and wish we had found Brian and his team two years ago when we remodeled our kitchen and downstairs bath. I highly recommend Brian and ACL Design. We are already discussing our next project with them.
