A full-scale remodel that expanded the kitchen by absorbing three underused adjacent rooms into one open, cook-focused space. It centers on a quartz-topped island with a matte black farmhouse sink and butcher block prep station, anchored by dual professional range hoods against a floor-to-ceiling fieldstone wall and a custom industrial pipe pot rack overhead. A wine station, vivid blue art glass backsplash, white shaker cabinetry, and a framed pass-through to the dining room complete the space.

Tackling this under-the-eaves bathroom with all its angles and corners was a geometrical challenge.

From an unused attic to a fully functional family suite, this transformation reflects a grandparents’ love and dedication to creating lasting memories with their family—offering a welcoming and comfortable space for holidays, celebrations, and everyday visits.
