We were exceptionally pleased with Brian and ALC design team in our bathroom renovation. From the design we had in mind to the completion of our project. The project manager Kris was extremely knowledgeable about the project and had all the answers to our questions. All the workmanship was very well done, the laying of the tile by Kris was exceptional. Kris was so easy to talk to and was aware we only had one shower and made that down time extremely short. We did have some adjustments to the design during the project and the pricing was open and transparent. The project moved along at a good pace. Kris was very neat, clean, organized, carpets were protected, and dust was minimal. The materials that we chose on their recommendations were of very high quality from the quartz counter top, bench seat in the shower, the plumbing fixtures, shower glass enclosure and tiles. We do have animals and they were conscientious of them. The bench and glass shower door installation were very timely considering Covid. We really love the renovated bathroom and we are looking forward to our next project with them.
