We underwent a major addition/renovation project. We never imagined it would become a reality for us. Choosing a contractor and narrowing the scope of the project just seemed very complex. Each of us had different functional areas we desired in the project. We interviewed 5 companies before deciding on ALC.

ALC stood out in its ability to Design AND implement. Brian pulled together the differing areas into a cohesive design. We immediately got excited about the project. However, we still took several months to refine our ideas, which were incorporated into the project. Brian was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the process. His team (Phil, Chris, Matt, and others) were a pleasure to work with and they too were extremely courteous, patient and accommodating as we worked through constantly changing details and working around us as we continued to live in the home during construction. There were certainly challenges along the way, but each time Brian and his team stepped up and resolved things to our satisfaction. We wish we had done this project 10 years ago! We would gladly recommend ALC and their team.
