We just completed our second project with ALC Design. This involved a gut renovation of a 2nd floor bath and converting the existing oversize master bedroom into a master suite with master bath and walk in closet. We made a number of changes to the original design ALC gave us and made a number of additions along the way, so the project budget ballooned far beyond our original budget, but we got everything we wanted and are very happy with the result.

With so many changes/amendments on this project, we very much appreciated Brian’s very organized way of doing business, so we knew exactly what the additional costs were at each step. Our project manager, Tom, did a great job and kept in day-to-day communication with us. ALC isn’t cheap, but we weren’t looking for cheap. What we got was quality work and peace of mind that we could trust the ALC crew to have full access to our home and to be responsible for any subcontractors on-site. Every project can have its own hick-ups, but whenever anything came up, Brian and his team always focused on total customer satisfaction.
